Outstanding Jobs

Rob & Dec's Tasks
Send us imagery — anything that helps Priority one
The website is written and built, and pictures are now the single thing it needs most. Your own photos of real jobs are gold — Rob's certification library, Dec's recent shots — but don't stop there: supplier and manufacturer libraries, kit shots, vans, anything at all you can get to us that would help bring the pages to life. Send whatever you have and we'll sort the rest.
Tell us the moment Google responds on the profile Biggest win
Rob has done the work and it's submitted, so this is now a waiting game. Let us know as soon as Google comes back, whether it's verified or not. If it's rejected, tell us before trying again — repeated attempts make it harder to fix.
Your insurance details
The name of your insurer, the cover amounts, and roughly what each policy covers — public liability, employer's liability, professional indemnity. It's a straightforward trust signal that most competitors leave off, and buyers of a £10k system do look for it.
Guide prices
Rob, how you want heat pump and underfloor prices structured — from-prices, ranges or worked examples. Dec, the full air conditioning range chart you mentioned. Nobody local publishes prices, so this is one of the biggest openings you have.
Confirm the Refcom number
Dec, the number came out as RF122-something on our call. We've since verified the F-Gas legal position ourselves against the government guidance, so the number is all that's left to display your registration properly.
Ask for your first reviews, personally Once the profile is live
This one has to come from you, one at a time. These are people you know and work with, so an anonymous automated text would land badly. Go through the homeowners you've looked after and the plumbers who'd vouch for you, and ask each of them yourself. The list won't be long.
Agency Tasks
Set the Google Business Profile up properly once it's claimed
Correct category, service area, description, photos and opening hours. Google currently has you filed as a heating equipment supplier, which describes a merchant selling kit, not an installer.
Switch the new website on for Google
Phase one is built and sitting on elevatesouthwest.co.uk, deliberately hidden from search engines until launch day. Once your photos and final details are in, we flip the switch and submit it to Google.
Check the air-to-air grant position with Ofgem
Our earlier research treated the £2,500 grant as an opening. Dec's view is that it's effectively unusable at the moment. We'll confirm which is right before a word of it goes on the site.
Align the social media names
Facebook and LinkedIn currently carry different names from each other and from the business.

Where We're Starting From

41/100

Your starting line

This is the honest baseline from the independent review in July, before we changed anything. Every number here should be moving within a few months, and we'll track them on this page.

Search and traffic figures will appear here once we have access to the Google accounts and enough data to compare fairly. There's no point showing you numbers that don't yet mean anything.

Nothing to be embarrassed about, it just hasn't been switched on. This is one of the fastest things to change.

Done So Far

A running record of what's already in the bag, so nothing we've built together disappears from view.

The independent SEO review that started everything
July 2026. Found the two missing free foundations and set the whole plan.
New domain secured — elevatesouthwest.co.uk
Bought by Rob on 23 July, owned by you, and that's how it stays.
Two recorded sessions → every service page written
Heat pumps, underfloor, home air conditioning, commercial air conditioning, servicing & repairs — all drafted from your own words, reviewed and done.
The new website — phase one built and on the real address
Designed around your logo, built page by page, and now live on elevatesouthwest.co.uk — deliberately hidden from Google until launch day. This is an early-stage site that will get much richer over time: photos, reviews, case studies and articles all layer on from here. Complete except for images.
Health score: 41 → 77 out of 100
The old site audited at 41. The new one opens at 77 before a single photo or review lands.
Structured data on every page
The code that tells Google and the AI tools exactly what you do and where. You had none; you now have full coverage with zero errors.
The repairs & breakdowns market researched and built for
The service line Dec surfaced that wasn't on your old site at all now has its own page.
Every old web address mapped for the switchover
So when the old site is retired, nothing anyone has bookmarked or linked to will break.
Paperwork sent, logo files received, dashboard live
The admin layer, done and out of the way.

Content Plan: First Wave

These come out of the weekly sessions with you. The principle behind them is uncomfortable and that's exactly why it works: you answer the questions your competitors won't touch. What it really costs, what goes wrong, and when your product isn't the right answer.
